Any compensations paid to the certificant will be disclosed to via this disclosure or directly upon intermediary engagement and can include, but may not be limited to a specific dollar amount charged and/or a percentage fee based on the dollar amount of a successful transaction. Compensation can also be paid to Derek and/or Value Drivers dot Biz from third parties for other services provided or referred to recipients of any such service.

Compensation:  A success fee as a % percentage of the Total Transaction Price paid to the business and/or individual that will be executed only upon a separate mutually agreed upon Representation Agreement. There may be a fee arrangement for work in preparing broker opinion of valuation and marketing of the business. Payments may be in the form of Check, Money Order, Electronic or Wire Transfer order to the business or individual certificant. 

Payments may be made to certificant related to negotiation of real estate or other leases or transactions, bank financing, from financing institutions for the introduction for financing

Public Discipline or Bankruptcy:

THERE ARE NO public disciplines or bankruptcies in the certificant’s personal or business’ history. 

Possible Referral Compensation Arrangements: There may be some additional services needed by buyer or seller and introduced by the certificant. These services on occasion pay a referral or introduction fee to the certificant by the provider, all of which are legal under Colorado and Federal law.
